Bradford City (H) Predictions

Bradford City (H) Predictions

Postby AndyReifman » Tue Aug 15, 2023 8:47 pm

Getting this thread up early because otherwise I'll somehow forget until Saturday morning.

Staying home this week, Bradford have just drawn 1-1 away to Stockport County and sit one spot ahead of us in the table on GD.

Personally I'm going to go with my trusty 2-1 win to the Shrimps.

This has a very make or break feeling to me even though it really shouldn't. A win could really set us up nicely and I'd see us taking that form into Harrogate. Next thing you know we could be 5 games in with the table looking fairly healthy.

I choose to be optimistic for this and go 1-0 to Morecambe.

Will DA change? We failed to score against County, who had let in a good few goals already this season! I still think we need to bring in another striker. I don’t think we will let in as many goals as last year but how many will we score? So Saturday and Bradford City, I go for a 2-0, optimistic but why not, how great that will be turning draws this season into wins, come on DA give it a go. More than 45+ points needed so to have 7 after 4 games would be a reasonable start before Harrogate game. 5-7 points a each month keeps us up.

I can see us keeping out a Bradford City side that aren't doing it yet this season. Thing is; can we score? I'm tempted by nil-nil.

However, of course we can score, so 1 nil to us
