Season ticket

Has anyone installed the app and got the season ticket working? I've downloaded it, but it just freezes when I try to run it.

I have a Huawei P40 Pro, which is one of the phones Trump banned, so I can't download from Google Play Store, which means it may not be a problem for most people?

Looking forward to it, but missing the opening home game of the season, first time, probably since I was at school. Bloody people, getting married in the football season    Not only that, but the ceremony is during the game! I did think about trying to covertly watch it...

Taking the info from the club of needing to keep a number of tickets available for on the day sales. Does anybody know the maximum number of S/Ts to sell to get a full home crowd. North Wall, Home end, and Main stand ?

Our season tickets arrived this morning....a tad disappointed that we only got one gold pin badge for two season tickets holders....I'm sure they said we'd get one each when we renewed them in the shop...ah well...

How many have you sold?

Support seems to be holding up after relegation, encouraging for YOUR club.

It went past 2,000 a couple of weeks ago. With an increase of around 20% in price the revenue from season tickets won't be too far off last season when 2,813 were sold.

Not got ours either. But I downloaded the ticketing app and they're on there, so I hope they haven't forgotten we wanted the printed ones. Do you get digital and printed if you've ordered a printed ST?

I absolutely do not want digital, I wouldn't know what to do. I let the club know I wanted a physical card. What I would rather have is a paper pass book that gets stamped on entry, like we used at the Super Swimming Stadium in the 1970s.

What phone? iPhone or Android? I can't get the app to work on my mobile phone, but it's a Huawei, so can't use Google Play Store for downloads.

Received our physical season tickets in the post on Friday….they are also viewable in the app in the “Member Cards” section at the bottom of the page (but weirdly don’t appear in the “Tickets” section). They are listed in the orders section as well! btw this on an iphone

Hope this helps

Incredible take up by the club's loyal fans.

After last season's relegation I didn't expect such a figure this season...... :o :o :o

Still time for those unsure how we will do this season to purchase a season ticket. Let's make it 2500 or even more if possible.

:D :D :D

I have to say that I thought we would lose a few more than we have, an amazing effort and show of faith.

Given that the price of the ticket has risen, we must be pretty close in monetary terms to last seasons total.

A break down between standing and seating would be good, it looks like there are less people standing down the side (car wash) this season.

Definitely less on the Berlin Wall so far this season. A lot less. Hopefully improves over the next few games.

I read somewhere (can't remember where) that generally season ticket sales hold up well after relegation, in the first season, but drop off the following season. If we were to bounce back to League One, this season, we'll be fine, but stay down, and sales will [probably] be significantly down next season.

I doubt anyone expects us to bounce back up but if we can have a reasonably positive season with signs that things might keep moving in the right direction then I'd expect season ticket sales to remain strong. A resolution to the ownership fiasco would also help.

By a similar token, if we stay in league two (which I fully expect us to) but the fans see us win more games and score more goals than last season, might that counteract the drop in division, in terms of retaining fans?

I broadly agree with both of you. I was just passing on what I believe to be statistically, what generally happens.

A decent season, even if not promoted, and an end to the ownership fiasco, and we may see a strong position next season. Average or below, and continued turmoil, it may be really difficult to maintain sales.

The other factor may be a decent cup run, with a great home draw. If we managed to get a home draw with Liverpool/United/City etc, then season ticket holders would be the priority for a sell out game, which would reinforce the additional value of being a season ticket holder in the future. If we'd beaten Rotherham in the penalty shoot-out, we'd have drawn Burnley at home. That would have had season ticket holders queueing up!
