Speed v Statues today. We were so slow going forward looking for the next pass. Comparing that to every ball played to their forwards and they ran past us like we weren't there. Add to that their clinical passing and finishing and hey presto : 6 - 0.

I don't think if Derek Adam's had been in charge we would of got an hammering like this even with a back up Keeper in goal.

Bad day at the office today. Very poor defence and except from a short period at 2.0 we were poor. Just shows what a difference a manager can make, particularly with a young squad. Fans could have been better too. We gave up too soon and the atmosphere was poor despite probably our biggest L2 following. Not sure what happened with the evictions too in the second half?

Smith is taking a lot of stick especially on that dreadful Facebook site but after watching the goals I would say only the 4th was poor keeping. Goal number 2 looks bad for him but I think it took a deflection off Rawson as he tackled Mullin.

A really bad day at the office. We looked way off the pace and a rampant Wrexham side made us look really poor. We seemed to lack the usual thorough preparation- we won a corner and no one went to take it. Surely a professional team know who is doing what in dead ball situations? I agree with questions about the team selection. We needed an old head in midfield but didn't have one- Songo would have fitted the bill. Overall I thought there were worrying signs that our current squad is not good enough.
