Dave Artell interview

Dave Artell interview

This interview needs a thread of its own. It's an insight into how the guy has a passion for our club.

Dave has fond memories at his time with our club and there are compliments all round for the staff and BoD during his time with us.

Suggest everybody takes time out to listen to this interview.

Click the banner at the bottom of the page and after about 3 minutes of adverts the interview starts with his days at Rotherham and then from about 3 minutes in he then talks with passion and fondness of his time at our club.

May not happen but it sounds to me as though he would love the chance to manage a club he had very many fond memories of.

The rest of this very long interview goes in depth about his management style and somewhat unique ways that he deals with players as a collective and as individuals.

Excellent interview and well worth the time to listen to what he believes etc.

Very good interview, very thoughtful and intelligent speaker.

Could easily imagine some of the stuff he said being said in an job interview! He ticks all the right boxes.

Wants a project for his next job.
Wants to develop young players.

Sounds like he definitely has a soft spot for Morecambe FC.

David Artell was at one of our home games(unemployed) earlier on this season and in depth with Derek Adams near C Prem.

plus David will be able to work with Barry Roche, Drummond, Wainwright etc with being former team mates.
