Was that Sarbjot back at the Mazuma? What’s going on there then if it was?

I called it yesterday. Suddenly he has 6mil in the bank and then the BoD's released the statement pleading for new buyers

Get the feeling that this is the end game

Where's that information from? If he genuinely has got that kind of cash to play with, let's get moving forwards.

On.Companies House. He published new accounts early December. Nobody ever doubted that he has serious money, just how he got it.

Worrying development. It's obvious that he's not legit but probably has enough of a paper trail now to pass EFL checks. We may get some short term finance but if he's a wrong un eventually it will all come to a head. Let's see what happens next

Did anybody actually see Sarbjot at the Mazuma yesterday.... :?: :?: :?:

Is this pure speculation on our part regarding him being back in contention.... :?: :?: :?:

Until we get some confirmation from our BoDs I'd take what has been said as pure speculation or even worse...mischief making... :?: :?: :?:

OK so if he is back in contention he will still have to agree a deal with the Bond shitesters...and the EFL.

I posed I serious question, nothing to do with mischief making, somebody was pointed out.I don’t know if it was him for sure sat up there in Corporate. With the weather it was hard to recognise faces, that’s why I was asking! Somebody might have been able to confirm or deny it.
Nobody has come forward saying it was, so we are where we are, we will just have to wait and see. Not going to hear anything off the BoD thou are we, if it was.

Someone on the "Morecambe FC Feed" twitter account says the Sarbjot group had their photo taken in the Home dugout after the match.

Thanks to those who have confirmed Sarbjot Johal was indeed sat in the corporate section of the stand.
Not mischief making after all. Fact Fact Fact.

Indeed, I'd love to know the analysis of the "reserves" - it can't be P&L distributable reserves as it has only just started trading, it can't be share capital as the share capital is only the basic 100 ordinary shares. Can't think what else it may be, other than perhaps a mistake!

Looking at the charges registered for that company, they don't appear to be legally valid as most of the data point entries, i.e. addresses etc are blank and the signature hasn't been witnessed. Doesn't look professionally done at all.

All looks very amateur and "make it up as you go along" really! Not a good sign at all.

Also no depreciation deducted from Tangible Assets despite the Accounting Policies statement mentioning a 25% rate for computer equipment.

And the number of employees at 2 seems low for a business that has generated a bank balance of over £5 million and enabled £3.7 million to be spent on Tangible Assets.
