The photograph says it all. With all their investment far too good for this league.

A good read as ever, doc. I agree with your belief that we fans should make a public demonstration of our frustration at the behaviour of the club's owner but at the moment the Trust don't seem to be interested. I also thought we should see if we could raise a bit of cash to recruit a player or two in the January window. I mentioned this to one of the directors but he thought the amount raised wouldn't be enough. Like you I fear we could slip out of the EFL or even out of existence if we stay quiet and do not publicly show our frustrations at what is happening to our club. Chants of "We want Jason Out" have been heard at a couple of the recent games. Time is running out. Let's protest.

A vocal demo is OK but it has to be only part of a visual demo hence why I suggested as few weeks ago a banner protest especially at the FA Cup game......BUT seems to have been ignored.... :o :o :o

I totally agree. I sent you a private message via this site a little while ago about this subject. I included a few thoughts in it and was wondering what yours were too. Perhaps you could send me a PM in reply. Thanks.

Who would a protest be aimed at?
The fans and the owner want the same thing , him to sell the club.

I don’t agree that the owner and club want the same thing. The club want to continue in the EFL and thrive. The owner wants to make money even if his behaviour destroys the club as he destroyed Worcester Rugby Club. Any protest would be highlighting the discontent we feel and the frustrations we have at the way our club is being treated. There is a real fear our club is close to extinction because of the owner’s greed. He is not interested in the club finding a new owner. He is interested in making money and the two things are not necessarily the same thing.

Where do you get that idea? The owner wants to sell the club for a completely unrealistic price which he won't get. But holding out for it will mean that the current impasse faced by the Board and the manager - no money to invest - will continue. Do you want that? Of course not: the club will fail if it continues for much longer.
What is this fear of actually trying to do something about this instead of pretending it isn't happening? As Fulwoodshrimp says, we need to protest - and we need to do so now. Nothing may change if we do - but if we don't, the situation certainly won't change. So why don't we?
