Example of a nightmare scenario...

Club sells Adam Mayor in January for £750,000.
Whittingham sacks the board and installs his puppet regime.
Three directors at £20k per year each. Not bad for one meeting each month.
His puppets allow him to take £550,000 out of the club and £120k in to 'running costs' account that the EFL want, leaving £60k for the stooges salaries.

If our current board go, either by their own volition or Bond Group's hand, we really are screwed.

Well whatever scenario plays out , worrying times for all Morecambe fans.

As mentioned previously this all goes back to PMG not doing due diligence on Diego Lemos when he was selling his shareholding. The shares have been held by unscrupulous characters ever since then and only Whittingham has any say in who the next majority shareholder will be.

Ged needs help on matchday and with training.

Is there a place for Neil Wainwright in his team if only until John returns...I'm also surprised that we don't make more use of Drummy :?: :?: :?:

Do Neil or Drummy want to get involved with the first team? Perhaps they're happy with their existing roles, happy with family life/commitments, etc., and don't want the stress of a broader role? After all, slavery was abolished a while ago, so you can't force someone to work in a different role to what they've agreed in their contract of employment!! Presumably, they're busy enough in their proper jobs, so if you take them away, then you need replacements in the academy??

The way things are going at the moment it's probably better to not get involved with the first team. Lack of money , no players, loans maybe recalled, players possibly leaving etc, etc ..probably safer in the position they are already in..

I agree black morse "nothing's safe at our club at the moment" but what are we doing about it? I realise we are relatively powerless but we are not even creating a whimper and if we are not careful our club will sink without trace. We need to take some action to draw the wider football family into the mix. We need to generate some publicity about the way our club is being treated by a greedy owner. We need to create some passion. Currently we are being held to ransom by an owner desperate to make money by grossly overvaluing the shrimps. If we go under like Worcester Rugby we would never forgive ourselves that we stood by and did nothing. It's time to stir!

I agree, it is the 'what' that we don't agree on?
“Britain faces a simple and inescapable choice - stability and strong Government with me, or chaos with Ed Miliband: ".

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?
