We will have incurred some expenses that would have to be paid from the F.A.Cup income though. Probably 2 or maybe 3 hotel stop/overs which aren't cheap. Possibly travelled on the matchday to Lincoln.

Here's how it works:
Bond Group are quoted as agreeing to provide extra funds over and above forecast income for this season.
If actual income covers or exceeds budgeted expenses because we've had more ticket sales; Cup run; player sales or off pitch activities then the top up funds from Bond Group aren't and won't be needed.
It would be in Bond Group's interest to leave a surplus in to easily provide extra funds for next season.
It's not unreasonable for Bond Group to take out a surplus but they'd need Board approval and I'm sure the Board would put forward a robust case for leaving it in.
From what I understand our income from ticket sales has been over budget; we've had a good cup run; off pitch income has been strong and there's potential for income from player sales which all bodes well for next season.

Yes , in the FA Cup the tie from the 3rd round is assigned a number for the 4th round so we know we would have played Bournemouth away had we won at Swansea. The draw was made before Wigan played Man Ure so they knew who they were playing before their game. It's the same in all the rounds.

So all of our ties would have been away from home!
