I thought he was superb yesterday. IMHO he could be an upgrade on King if he keeps playing like that.

Different player to Eli, more of a JJ type midfielder. I was very impressed with his confidence and the way he got stuck in. He carried the ball brilliantly. I thought Jake filled the 8 role really well. He has ability and a good touch. If he can stay fit, he could be the one that fills Kings boots. He isn't as cultured as Eli but he does make things happen.

One player that has really stepped up for Ged is Yann. He seems to be everywhere during games, it's brilliant to watch.

All the new boys impressed BUT the relevation under GB has been the form of Bedeau who has been given more freedom to go forward and is proving good at it.

Clough was really getting annoyed with his players and constantly having a go at them.

IF MM was still with us we would have won no doubt about that but good to see Charlei Brown get the goal which will do his confidence the world of good.

Word on the streets is that a certain centre forward from last season is looking for a return home....YES...

:) :) :)

I’ve heard that rumour as well, as long as he brings his dummy and has lost his attitude and knuckles down for Morecambe FC it’s a choice if there is no one out there. Oh, on less money as well.

Not for me, and not for the usual reasons cited against him. I just don't think his style of player will work the way Ged's got them playing, high energy, high tempo. You'd only get 45 minutes out of Cole or any other traditional number 9 if they stuck to the game plan - they'd be shattered by half time.

I think I put in enough reasons for not having him back because they won’t be met and yours is another.
