Over the league two years it feels like we have specialised in failing to beat teams in the bottom two at home (if someone had the skills/knowhow to get the stats on that, it would be interesting to see). On Sutton’s recent form, it’s one thing to underestimate a team, it’s another thing entirely to give them too much respect. I’d like to see us go out and play from the start like we intend to win the game 5-0, give them something to worry about. If they are good enough to pick us off, so be it, maybe try something different next time (we still have FGR at home don’t we). If they went toe to toe on the other hand, well it could be some game. With a minimum of 37 points already, we do at this stage in the season still have a reasonable amount of money in the bank, as it were. But I doubt we will throw caution to the wind and I expect it to be a cagey affair. 1-1.
