Well done to the players for showing professionalism especially those who are in today's team from the start.

Interesting that Stuart Moore isn't playing or on the bench? You'd think he'd want to play, regardless of being paid on time or not, given he's been out for so long. He's been saying he's fully fit for a few weeks. So I wonder what's going on there? Not considered good enough? Made it clear he's not staying, while Smith may? Or, doesn't want to play, and just wants away?

Surprised it's taken so long for Smith to start over Mair!

Well that didn't take long. There were three unmarked Swindon players, all lining up for it.

Ha, I hoped my edit would have been too quick! Dave Salmon said the word "fans" as I was watching and typing at the same time!

Another free header from a free-kick, fortunately well wide.

Just discovered we're on iFollow video today (thanks to Marky No.1's post on another thread about the 3pm blackout ending last Saturday) so managed to pay my tenner and tune in just in time to see Austin's goal!

Are you surprised...I'm certainly not.

Looks as though the only one who MAY have carried out the threat of not playing maybe fans favourite Slew...

JJ injured as well as Taylor, Bedeau and Stokes....

Nicely worked goal, although it took a huge deflection to wrong foot the keeper. 1-1

Bizarre if Hiwula has chosen not to play given how little he's produced in the time that he's been here. I can't imagine he's done enough to secure a contract for next season, anywhere, so this would be another opportunity to do something.

1-2!!!!

Fairclough on his full debut!

1-2. Well done. For a scratch squad we are playing well. A lot of good closing down and good passing moves going forward. Please don't go all defensive now.
COME ON YOU MORECAMBE REDS.

Presumably, Slew has chosen not to play, which has given Fairclough his opportunity. If Slew had made himself available, Fairclough would have been on the bench. Instead, he's got his first goal.

It's a funny old game!
