Jason's Answers

The answers to Jason's questions make for interesting reading. I wonder who it was that was scared off I remember a while back the BoD saying there were two parties but only the Americans seemed the most viable option.

He decided not to answer the question about where the pot of money for wages went.

Is Sarbjot still on the scene? He doesn't say he isn't.

I like that he blames everyone but not himself. He's innocent in all this don't you know, just trying to help the club despite the pesky Board of Directors. Where's that roll eye emoji?

He actually says that Sarbjot has 'every right to make an offer just like all the others he's negotiating with"
So, to my mind that reads that Sarbjot is still on the scene.

Sarbjot has every right to still be on the scene having invested around £200k in shares last year

A 'supporter' is 'subject to a police matter' due to messages to Jason and his family on social media :o

But Sarbjot didn’t submit the paperwork when asked by the EFL
so I guess Jason is just using him to push the price up

and he says 2 parties have provided proof of funds but there are talks with 4 parties on going, so why have the other two not provided proof of funds and has he just made them up to start a bidding war.

Everybody should take this as a warning, social media is a platform where it is easy to get carried away and care should be taken when posting.

I don’t think being critical of someone in an astute clinical way is at all wrong. Being out of control and verbally abusive or threatening on social media is wrong.

I have called out JW many times and that is our want as football supporters of this club and boy or boy has he deserved it, but as Graham Howse said at the Forum held early this year, bringing in family members into it is out of order. From what Graham said it was really quite bad some of the things posted on line.

I for one will Carry on being critical till he is gone.

Having read the Shrimps Trust email sent out to members, I'm not convinced by any of JW answers. I can still see us in the same position in several months time. The club is for sale, I want to sell the club etc, etc, etc, etc. Let's keep supporting the Trust and in all they do, including making donations to their fund raising, we might need any money raised sooner than we think.

This is how I see it. It all sounds very promising with prospective buyers on the scene but I’m sure he would have told us there are prospective buyers ‘on the scene’ 12 months ago.

Until a deal is done, nothing has happened.

I fully understand this view but if nothing has happened why has Derek come back? He left because he wasn't getting the support and budget from the owner. I'm sure he could get a job as manager of plenty of teams probably on better terms than we can give him so why has he come back now?????

For me there has been a flow of things that are being done to make JW sell to the Americans.

For me he must start to see that he has to sell before the price of the Club drops further than it must have been when we were a League one Club.

We will see, God knows when but I’ve changed my view a bit and believe he is more inclined to sell soon, because of the above reasons.

Black morse how many managerial vacancies are there in the EFL at present? How many are likely to pop up between now and say September?

Derek is on a "rolling contract" so he isnt tied to us if something better comes up, he is in a win win situation , he knows the club well so no settling in required , he gets a wage, and expectations are low.

As for Jason , there are lots of unscrupulous businessmen in every profession and every town in the country , none of these people give a toss about their customers and neither does Jason.

Is he any more devious ,duplicitous and conniving than our very own prime minister?

Derek left because he had a better offer. He's taken up the board's offer because he was unemployed and unlikely to get another L2 job soon. I am sure he's had some vague assurances from the owner but he will know not much has changed in the last 12 months. Perhaps though he is connected to one of the potential bidders, so will be hoping this goes through and he might get a few quid in January to push on. Let's see.

The board know the maybe buyers, 3 are in the public domain. One has progressed very well and JW is hoping to sell within 10-14days.

EVERYONE CROSS THEIR FINGERS.

He’s talked about budgets and the board and the fans.

Talksport done a good job.

JW says DA should have enough funds to put a squad in place.
