I've heard of 3 Defenders that have signed. 1 ex Halifax, 1 ex Bradford and 1 ex Solihull

Hopefully this is the week things start to come together. I expect us to announce 9-10 players. A few familiar faces, a few kids or loanees and a few experienced L2 pros

All very quiet...... :o :o :o

Sounds as though the new American owners of Carlisle are spending a few millions on ground and training field developments as well as making a number of key signings.

If only that could be said of our current owner(s).... :( :( :(

Still not bought a season ticket as still not convinced we will have a team to start the season.

Hoping we are just going to one big announcement of and here is your 2024 squad all in one go!

Apart from the interview with the new assit manager there has been no communication at all and we haven't heard from Derek since he arrived.

Normally we get videos of players arriving for pre season in the new training kit etc

The silence is worrying, I thought there might be a renewed campaign to push season ticket sales but I haven't seen a single advert for them.

A case of silence is bloody worrying , I feel as a season ticket holder let down by the so called “family club” . A short statement from someone even just to say things are happening whether it be the sale , players , anything just to give us a glimmer of hope !

I've just been down Thorpe Avenue in Torrisholme to the training pitches. It was 3-30 and I was just too late to watch any training.

The players were just leaving the ground on the opposite side to Thorpe Avenue and the good news is there were a lot more than 4 people. Well over a dozen I would say although too far way to identify any of them.

Maybe players have agreed deals but until signed they can't be officially announced.

Is it just me whose really finding it hard to get excited for the upcoming season at present? Things need to happen and quick because I feel like we won't even have a team come the season opener.

Yes you do get the feeling of being disregarded in terms of news and updates, we've only really heard of players that have left the building.
Fed up now of walking around towns, going to events etc and people asking what is going on.

Reports of so many fans not renewing season tickets.
Even the Gala Draw night is watered down now, no kit reveal or player sponsorships.

Only positives are the lights are still switched on.

Consequently the speculation is getting out of hand, a massive shame for such a great Club.

Being a Morecambe fan is crap at the moment
