Christie Park - last season 09/10.

Christie Park - last season 09/10.

Postby BLS BOY » Tue May 26, 2009 11:59 am

I brought this topic up a few months back but nothing ever seemed to come of it.

Wouldn't everyone like a memory of Christie Park in their own way?

I came up with an idea that has been used many times by many other clubs before.

A season DVD review.

Player interviews. Match action. Catch up with fans. Meet former players for memories. Behind the scenes at training...and of course a big showing of the final game - which i hope btw is THE last game of next season...i wouldn't fancy an away day after such emotion!

What does everyone think?

It's an excellent idea, but with large overheads - would need to sell a lot to probably break even.

A season review DVD has been available each season for a number of years now.

But the quality is terrible and doesn't include away games.

It's hardly worth buying.

I never knew - i'm amazed they haven't been advertised more prominently!

I was hoping for some ideas on how this could be achieved.

Anyone know anyone who might be able to help / assist with the project?

Advertised in matchday programmes, over the p.a. system and in the Visitor during the respective summers, and 06/07, Wembley and 07/08 still available in club shop the last time I looked. ;)

also the 3-2 comeback against Peterborough is also avaliable.
About the last game of next season I belive the club has put in a request to be at home for the final game.
