They've been investigating this for years and I don't think the Premier League would have taken this on if they weren't convinced there was a case. Expect some form of punishment....though I don't know how severe. My guess is that it will at least be enough points deduction to prevent City from retaining their title this year unless there is an appeal.....which could then drag on until next season.
