A great venue but could be knocked down cos of planning rules not being adhered to.

Most likely, I think they redeveloped their away end a few years ago before getting planning permission!

I think Holt tweeted recently that it is an investment of well over a million quid. He really fell out with the Council when the complaint was first raised and I bet he is raging now. Money talks though and they will come to an agreement.

The major issue is the noise from bands because there are a number of dwellings in close proximity. If he hasn’t sound proofed it like he was supposed to you can imagine the disruption to residents lives. The trouble with Mr Holt is he can only see his own POV and gets very upset if challenged. Ask Coley!
