MORECAMBE FA CUP TICKETS

Postby Angler1 » Sun Nov 24, 2024 2:22 pm

I Was just wondering if anybody knew anything about the tickets for this game. I've just been online to get 2 in the home stand and there doesn't seem to be any tickets available, surely it's not sold out.

I logged in but just got a black screen with some box option about hospitality, tickets etc and an option for which part of the ground you require tickets for. I chose halo and the response was no packages available. It's probably me I've probably clicked on something I shouldn't have.lol.

Ticketing system hard work! Just logged on for a Halo ticket. Got to the tick box for accepting terms and conditions but all it did then was display 19 pages of terms and conditions and that was it, no ticket. Tried again same result. Third time lucky it accepted the tick in the box and said my ticket had been dispatched by E-mail.

It is fiddly and not user friendly. I guess most of us are season ticket holders and don’t use it that often. When it comes to cup games we persevere and find a way to get a ticket. My worry is occasional fans may just give up and say sod it.

I get the feeling it may be easier to use on a desktop rather than a mobile but I may be wrong.

Strangely I couldn't get a ticket using my laptop but could using my phone. Gave up all together trying to get a ticket for the comedy night on both.

Do the club know how difficult it is because they may be losing lost revenue.

Weirdly I’ve just had another look and the tickets website appears to be working for me at the moment - could have ordered tickets for the Halo if I hadn’t already got some… very odd

Over the last week it has occasionally gone to "no available packages" but does come back eventually. Try again later or tomorrow!
