When do the players return for the start of the new season. Just watching sky sport news and Southampton returned to training to-day

usually first monday in july looking at the calendar id say monday 29th june this time around
weigh in.... diet plans..... and away they go................

Like nearly all other clubs 1 July.....

If the schedule is the same as other years, it's double sessions almost every day based at either the college or on the track at the sports centre. Then when the lads start ball work it's off to the Uni, making use of the wide open space of land in front of Bailrigg House.

1st July is a wednesday,usually a day off for the players.I heard somewhere it could be the 2nd of july.Picking Stanners up from the airport tomorrow night after his week in Marbella with Rene Howe,he might know.
