Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!

Personally I really liked the mint green away kit, though I was probably the only one :P

The new kit is normally unveiled at the sponsors gala draw dinner in June.

From what I understand, not this year.

The Gala Draw is tomorrow night at the End Of Era Dinner.

Does this mean that next seasons sponsor will be revealed or can we assume that it will be a continuation of Bench or does the stadium deal with Globe also apply to he shirt sponsorship?

Keep the blue I reckon, it looks pretty good.

As for superstitions about kits being unlucky or whatever, it's all tosh.

Although the blue away top brings back great memories of the wembley victory, it's lancasters home colours. If we can't have the purple away kit then we should get back to yellow away strips. Both blue and white can still cause potential kit clashes against sides that play in red
and blue/White stripes (daggers and stevenage for example) and the possible need for a third kit. Yellow doesn't cause the same problem....unless we play galatasaray or rc lens in the near future! :D

Purple or Jade for me. Easily my two favourite historical away kits.

BTW I understood wrong. Not sure if or when the Gala draw is but it is just the End of Era stuff tonight.

Amongst the prototype drawings the other day i saw a White shirt with Bench written across the front in red. There was also the red shirt as per 09/10 without the End of era and stars on it. There was'nt a blue one

Maybe the white is to combat the clash with such as Dagenham, although when we had the Jiang Print white I think we only wore it once :?

I was in the club shop a couple of weeks ago and definately overheard Les Dewhirst say there is a white kit next season. Although I'm fairly sure he said it was a third kit.

I liked the white shirt. It's an excellent 'holiday' shirt.

So how did that work out then?

Would it be unreasonable to have the red home shirt, a black away shirt (like the Jiang Print training shirt), and a white third strip (doubling up as a training shirt). Then we're using the three club colours in three distinct kits...

I agree! You can almost read people minds when they're trying to work out what shirt you're wearing!!
