If I post 'cool sock' are you going to complain about that everytime. Its not offensive, it doesn't harm anyone so there isn't really much you can complain about

It's just two words

Two words.... yes they are. However it's more about how you use them. Some people use f*** and off together. They're 'just two words' but some people find them offensive and unnecessary. The same applies here, I just can't see why people won't let it go!

I wasn't defending you, I was pointing out that people are getting annoyed at your constant postings of 'yeah wow' and yet you don't understand why...

To then go and start posting 'yeah sock' is, quite frankly, taking the piss out of Keith who has asked for this to be dropped. So by being told not to do something, you now do it in another manner, and yet claim to be 'grown up'???

There's something strangely funny when reading the words 'cool' and 'sock' put together. Was just an examlpe at the time but it's genius.
And i wasn't taking the p*** out of Keith, most of my posts were tongue in cheek at how you can ask people to stop saying to random non-offensive words.

Exactly and it's those people who need to rise above it, I can quite easily claim any two words you say offend me in the same manner.

I think the people who are up in arms about this phenomenon are the ones who are using a tenious essex/lock connection as justification for outrage that is not warranted, no doubt the fictional character they defend will be back when he stops laughing, with thanks for the ones who once hounded the mods into kicking him off.

Isn't it just wonderful that I have received a PM about people complaining about my abusive language, yet the mods are allowing this to remain. I think i'll put a complaint in.
